Prime Vision operates with care and respect to the current and future interest of all. To achieve this we minimize our footprint and maximize the positive impact on our immediate surroundings.
At Prime Vison we work hard on fulfilling our promises. Therefore we want to give you an insight in how we translate our ambition into actions.
Environment
Care for the environment
We have set ourselves the goal of reducing our carbon footprint to the minimum achievable. To give you an idea of what we are doing to achieve this goal here is an overview; 8.8 tons of CO2 for our flights is compensated, we have given 9.1 households in developing countries access to sustainable energy, 75% of our waste in the office is separated, 100% of our office TL tubes are replaced by LED, we have started a hardware recycle program for our customers, 50% of our company cars are electrical and we work with “green” data centers to store our data.
Employees
Care for our employees
At Prime Vision we work hard to include every individual as equal in our team. To challenge ourselves everybody gets to chance to speak out twice a year by answering a couple of simple question about: social safety, appreciation and recognition.
Besides this we also give free chair massage for all employees, we supply medical tests for everyone in the company, we have got a fitness room in our office and provide personal training, there is availability of a lactation room, to endorse that everybody feels they are part of the Prime Vision family we provide summer work for employees’ children, in our company more than 20 different cultures work together.
Society
Care for society
We at Prime Vision feel connected with our immediate surroundings. Twice a year we clean up the surroundings of our office with our team and we sponsor the local organization Cleanupall so even more people can do the same. And we are researching whether we are able use our software to help organizations as Litterati to reach their goals. By doing so, we at our core contribute to making the world a better place.
