From receipt and storage, identification and retrieval to sorting, packaging and labelling. A dark warehouse which promises swift, error-free fulfillment operations, enabled by advanced technology and robotics.
While this sounds exciting, this tech has to be implemented and used with caution. Therefore, reskilled employees are still crucial to oversee this process. After all, the growing amount of data that comes with future warehousing, needs to be handled safely to keep it secure.
