HyperFlex Sorter is a compact and flexible sorting solution designed for small sorting hubs and last-mile logistics operations.

Traditional sorting systems are often built for large, static facilities and long-term infrastructure investments. However, many last-mile hubs require smaller, more adaptable solutions that can operate efficiently within limited space. HyperFlex Sorter addresses this challenge by combining proven conveyor technology with AI-driven computer vision to deliver cost-effective and scalable sorting performance.

What it does

HyperFlex Sorter uses overhead cameras and computer vision technology to continuously track parcels as they move across the sorter. Parcel identifiers are captured through barcode scanning, and the vision system dynamically controls the sorting process by directing parcels to the correct destination chutes.

The system is built on modular swivel-wheel conveyor tables that can divert parcels left, right, or forward depending on their destination. By combining standard conveyor components with intelligent vision-based control, the sorter provides dynamic routing capabilities while maintaining a compact and cost-efficient footprint.
