Our product development teams invent, design and realize software solutions in the postal, logistics and fulfillment domain. These solutions integrate the latest vision and robotics techniques to optimize the automation of the supply chain. More and more we want to streamline our products with the company vision, where products have to be solid first and can then be made to fit specific customer needs. As a Solution Architect in the sorting-and-decision field, you will work on the transformation of systems that run 24/7 and are essential to a large Dutch customer: without them, no operation and no mail and parcels.Â
The job
The experienced Solutions Architect/Engineer we are looking for provides technical direction for both customer demand and Prime Vision’s product strategy.
In your role, you will be co-responsible for the so-called 24/7 mission-critical, real-time transactional platforms at our 25 customers worldwide. You are the one who converts visions and customer requirements into roadmaps and technical solutions. You create support for these solutions and ensure their realization together with your team. Like your colleagues, you are a specialist with a clear opinion and vision, who thinks off the beaten track. You like and inspire and challenge your coworkers.

Your profile
- Your communication skills are excellent, as are your persuasive skills, which you employ to win different stakeholders for your ideas and coach colleagues successfully;
- You have 5-10 years of experience as a solution architect or -engineer;
- Affinity with 24/7 mission-critical solutions;
- You are knowledgeable about Microsoft, Linux, cloud and edge computing;
- Experience with Azure and AWS;
- Experience with agile, DevOps and CICD;
- You are a (near) native Dutch speaker and fluent in English;
- Experience in supply chain, logistics and/or working with critical customer systems is a plus.
