Future-proofing via automation
Against the backdrop of a turbulent year, demand for automation is riding high. Our Innovation Director Bernd van Dijk, explains in the summer edition of MER magazine that although future-proofing via automation addresses the health and safety factor, the bigger driver for post and parcel operators is its ability to more cost-effectively handle volumes that soared almost overnight during the pandemic.
